Body Breathing in Building Breathing / Movement Workshop led by Renana Raz / Activity for children aged 5+ and their parents (in Hebrew)
A joint movement workshop for parents and children will be held in the Eyal Ofer Pavilion. In the workshop, we will focus on breathing with particular attention. We will break down the action, extend it, and shorten it. We will breathe into different parts of the body, breathe alone and in sync, and discover the movement that breathing involves.
Duration: 45 min
Between the first and second workshops, the Building Breathing performance will be held—a poetic and performative intervention in the architecture of the Ofer Pavilion, in which all its external and internal windows and doors will be opened at once. This gesture will invite passersby and the workshop participants to peek into the pavilion’s hidden spaces and experience the building and the exhibition on view within it in a different manner.
