Resonances Night Lights / A Frequency Bath at the Exhibition Ariel Hacohen: By the Rivers / For children aged 5+ and their parents (in Hebrew)

A unique event at Museum of Art: a frequency bath — a meditative experience within the exhibition Ariel Hacohen: By the Rivers.

Hacohen recreates The Chorus of the Hebrew Slaves from Giuseppe Verdi’s opera Nabucco, in a two-channel video installation that invites stillness, reflection, and contemplation. Against the backdrop of a cycle of sunrise and sunset, the artist’s figure is multiplied repeatedly into a choir singing with yearning to return home.

You are invited to an alternative, multisensory experience rooted in repetition — over and over — of what was and what is yet to come. The activity takes place in the gallery space, where the lighting — based mainly on the projection light — gently shifts: dawn becomes a starry night, gradually forming a circular environment.

The frequency bath is a collective experience of unique sounds moving through different frequencies and sound waves, creating a sense of complete immersion in sound that allows for deep relaxation and release of the nervous system. Join us for an exceptional experience of inward reflection within a distinctive artistic environment.

Guided by Oded and Meital Kav, founders of Briya – The Home for Body-Mind Health and Joyful Spirit.

Oded is a certified sound-healing and Tibetan bowl practitioner, and Meital is a DJ and facilitator of spiritual and dialogue circles.
